Praise for Field to Fork!

Last week we had the biggest single order yet to a yacht in the Albany Marina – totalling over $1500!  It was a big task pulling this order together, working in the rain and trying to beat their departure deadline.  All of the effort was well spent and worth it after we received this compliment from the Chef:

‘Thanks for the produce the other day.  It was all stunning!  Salad is still fresh and it was a delight to use truly great produce, it’s rare even in the Mediterranean but unheard of in the Caribbean.’

Our job is not an easy one, but it is a pleasure and so rewarding to know that  the fruit of our labour is enjoyed by one and all.  Colour me PROUD!
